Gaucho Birmingham’s New Menu
Three Cocktails You Have To Try This Summer
Gaucho Birmingham is a stone’s throw from Cathedral Square, situated in the buzz of Birmingham’s business district. A dining destination for impeccable Argentinian steaks, Latin American plates, the finest wines and signature cocktails.
You’ll be welcomed by sophisticated interiors, with textures and tones inspired by Argentina’s forests, and warm smiles from the outstanding team. Perfect for those weekday lunches, after work cocktails or even electric weekend brunches.
This city centre establishment should be on your list for after work drinks too! The team are knowledgeable and the cocktail menu really does have something for everyone.
We popped in earlier this month to check out their new drinks and we were not disappointed…
So without further ado, here are the three Gaucho cocktails that you absolutely have to try this summer.
Tanqueray TEN – Nectarine Aperitivo – Campari – Reconstructed Lemon Juice – Gomme – Tangerine Espuma
Garnished with an orange coin.
If you’ve not yet discovered the joy of a Negroni, you might just find this is a sweeter introductory sip. A favourite of the bar team and a great apéritif.
Try it for £10.50
Tanqueray Gin – Lychee Juice – Reconstructed Lemon Juice – Rhubarb Syrup – Peychaud’s Bitters
Garnished with a lychee.
A beautifully smooth cocktail with a lovely foamy finish (made with a foamer, not egg whites so this one is suitable for vegans too).
You’ll find this a perfectly fruity and sweet cocktail with a slightly sour edge. Just like a delicious lychee sweetie.
Try it for £11.50
Eminente Reserva Rum – Ron Zacapa 23 Rum – Hennessy VS Cognac – Black Walnut – Honey
Garnished with a tasty chunk of homemade honeycomb.
The team infuse the rum and cognac with roasted black walnuts for 24 hours, before smoking the drink with a light cinnamon smoke.
This one is strong but very sip-able – a great nightcap.
Try it for £12.50
