We went to check out this fantastic aparthotel in the city centre, to see what cocktail lovers would have in store. Arriving at Staying Cool at Rotunda, you can’t help but be a little awe struck by the building, it is after all an icon in the city’s skyline. 

Check in was quick and easy, and we were soon on our way up to floor 16 to find our very chic studio apartment. 

Undoubtedly the first thing to catch our eye was the floor to ceiling windows giving us views-for-days! We won’t judge you if you spend the first 15 minutes of your stay spotting all your favourite buildings in the city, because that’s exactly what we did.

The room itself is stylish and modern. Picture sixties inspired furniture, a big plush bed and all the mod cons you could possibly wish for. Beyond the gorgeous bespoke interiors and those mega views, one of the things we love most about Staying Cool at Rotunda, is the little extras. They’ve thought of everything! 

Locally sourced coffee? Check
Oranges and an electronic juicer? Check
Board Games? Absolutely
Luxurious toiletries? Of course
Fluffy bath robes? Naturally
Snacks? Only the best will do
